I'm sorry this happened, and glad you avoided IP. You're anxiety is reasonable, I would be tired and hyper at the same time, too, if this happened, no doubt about it. No pressure to make the 200 days. Just take it one day (or one hour) at a time. The 200 will pass by if they are meant to, and they will pass faster if you don't count. Just my 2 cents. Hugs if wanted.

Goodness that sounds really scary SK. I'm glad you managed to avoid going IP but that you were able to talk to your GP, pdoc and T. I know you will be feeling overwhelmed all the attention, but they just want you to be safe.
Even though you were feeling pretty bad, you had the presence of mind to seek out help, which was absolutely the right thing to do. You got your wounds taken care of so they don't get infected. You got your mental health evaluated so the people who support you are aware of what's going on for you at the moment. None of that is a bad thing.
Thinking of you and hoping things calm down this week. Just take it one day at a time.
