My therapist is still working some major changes are happening at the clinic. I am trying very hard to focus on myself and my recovery. The last two sessions have gone much better.

Possible trigger:

With my therapist situation it's been hard for me to open up to my therapist with everything thats been bothering me until I shared my journal with her this week. Sharing my journal with her really helped me open up to her today.

Todays session I started to cry i think the first time in 3 years. She wants me to start going to grief counseling as she is not trained to help me in that area. So im trying to look into grief counseling.

Also im at a place where I am opening up at a deeper level with my trauma.

I am so used to being numb and not so emotional about everything. I am dissociating every day due to tons of stress

I'm glad you feel safe enough with your T that you can cry. I hope your sessions keep getting easier.

I think now that im getting back on track working on what brought me to therapy. It will get easier. This past year with everything going on has kept me from really focusing on myself.
