This morning I found out my therapist might be leaving her job or returning to the office (she works from home) on Thurs. Thats when im suppose to be meeting her for a session. I found out on a facebook group me and her are on accidently. All day I have been very anxious and pretty worried. I have not gotten a phone call yet. I have no idea what to say to her or if i should not say anything unless she mentions something to me. Also if she does leave without letting me know im going to really be upset.

I'm sorry, that sounds very stressful. Is it not possible to see her in her office? Or is that job separate from how you see her as a therapist? (like one is a clinic and the other private practice). I think if you're both in the same Facebook group, it would be OK to reach out to her. Or find some other reason to say "We're still on for Thursday, right?" I hope it works out!

That does sound very stressful!
Does your T know that you both are in the same Facebook group?

Asking her what her plans are as challenging as it may be, seems like a way to put yourself out of the misery this uncertainty might be causing.

Thank you, my therapist phoned me awhile ago to ask if our session could be later this afternoon. So I will find out more in a hour. I hope there is some good news.

The session went okay, I personally could tell my therapist was not completely there for me. She had a family emergency and wanted to have a session with me before leaving. I get the feeling that things are not okay with her.

I also have to look after myself. I have been hurt by other therapist and hope this therapist wont hurt me. I am starting to wonder if i should see another therapist at the clinic. She has been so helpful for me. I don't want to get too deeply attached to her as I know I am attached to her. This is hard for me to be honest like this.

She knows im in a few face book groups that she is on. I have not brought it up to her it was not a issue until I looked at a comment from her this week.
