I have been out of therapy since April and have felt my best in a long time. Basically when I was in therapy I was in a very toxic work environment and got ptsd. Unfortunately instead of helping with the ptsd it just kept it in the foreground of my mind. After being in my new job for 2 years the ptsd started to get better, not totally gone but much better. It took me almost two years to find a new T just to find out I didn’t need or want one anymore. I just felt like there was nothing left to talk about. This is not to say I may not go back in the future. I also know that my med regiment is in a good place right now which has helped.

I just want to say after 7 years of hell I was able to make a change. It was hard because I hate change but work was literally killing me.

I just wanted to say there is hope and don’t give up. Change is scary but sometimes necessary.

Good luck to everyone on your personal journey.
