This past year, I discovered psychologists videos on YouTube discussing everything about mental health.
Mostly, the focus is on narcissism. It feels like this subject has exploded in the media, and I am so grateful for the education. It has helped me immensely. I had never even gone on YouTube because I thought it was just cat videos, lol. I’m not even sure how I found the psych videos, but so glad I did. The time I’ve spent, listening to the expert explain in great detail, the science behind what is happening was critical for my true understanding. When I went to traditional psychotherapy, it was just a confusing process. I’d start talking to the therapist, answering their questions, explaining my issues. I’d come away from an hour long session feeling raw and unsettled. I did not know what to expect from therapy, how it worked, etc… nothing was ever explained by the therapist. I feel like these educational videos were critical to my being able to understand what is really going on. I’m so grateful for them, and wondering is others here have watched any as well. __________________ "And don't say it hasn't been a little slice of heaven, 'cause it hasn't!" . About Me--T |

Yes. I esp like the woman with the unusual channel name, something like the girl who grew up wrong.

Unaluna- I don’t know that one. I can relate though.
Do you know of Dr. Ramani? I have watched nearly ALL the videos. __________________ "And don't say it hasn't been a little slice of heaven, 'cause it hasn't!" . About Me--T |
