My file at mental health almost got closed this morning because I have been there too long accordding to the clinical pyschologist who is taking over my therapist workload for now. I had allot of warning from my therapist this might happen today, so i worked hard to keep my file open.
She told me clients are gone with in a year My therapist is hoping to come back to work in January. I am seeing her every 2 weeks privatly thats been going well. I have been with mental health for many years and never ever have I ever had a therapist tell me that I have been there too long. Almost everyone at day program has been there for as long as me or longer, with no end in sight.

@Taylor27 that does seem unusual unless they have some policy due to insurance or other coverage. Hope you get a continuation.
