I've been having a rough couple of weeks and met with my T this past Thursday (we have been meeting once a month since I had been doing better). I told him that I may need to make another session before our usual month time-frame and he was okay with that.
I've been so frustrated and tired lately with some things going on in my life and there isn't anything anyone can do about it, I just have to deal with it. I really feel the need to talk with him more, but I have no idea what to talk about. Should I make an appointment anyway?

I agree on making another appointment. You could just talk about your frustration. I find it often helps me to get things like that out in therapy, even if there's nothing that can be done to help it. Getting validation and even just having someone listen to your frustrations can be helpful.

I agree with the others... feeling validated and heard can be really helpful, even if there's nothing that can be done about a situation.
Thanks for this!
