In MD and DE they have these ACT teams which come out to your house to check on you. I was just in the hospital and one day the staff talked about ACT teams and pushed it. I had an ACT team 3 years ago and it was horrible. The "nurses" weren't educated and they either said nothing or pushed me around. Good mental health resources are extremely hard to find. I lived in NM and healthcare there was really bad.
