No unfortunately, we are still immigrating in large numbers. Some people are doing okay but they are living hand to mouth. The cost to buy and rent homes and the cost of living combined with a very low minimum wage compared to other European countries is very low. The pressure on students is enormous. I thought about leaving myself many times to make some kind of career for myself and have that stability but its hard to leave your country you know.

It's very sad that where you were born doesn't offer you more opportunity. Emigration removes people from their family support systems, which has consequences to their mental health. It seems you are choosing between hard options. |
