I no longer am part of day program. I had til July to keep going. I decided it was best for me to kinda say good bye this week. I feel good in that im not stressing out no more over my file at mental health.

I still have not heard anything from my therapist who went into private practice. It's been 2 months of her being suspended from seeing clients and I still have no clue why.

I have been searching for a new therapist. Has anyone had good luck with online therapy?

I am starting to feel better in that im trying to put what happened at mental health behind me. I don't think I will ever go back after the treatment I got from there.

Someone told me about these. The first is peer support counselling and the second is an online group(s) for depression and bipolar.

HeyPeers - Where Peers and Support Groups Connect

DBSA - Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance

Hope you find what you're looking for and that your healing journey is good and smooth.

Wishing you the best!

Thank you for the link to Heypeers, I'm going to try this out and maybe for now this is what I need is peer support.

Also I will check out the depression bipolar support alliance.

I think right now this might just be enough for me to get by until my therapist is able to see clients again.
