How do you deal with An accute crisis when it coincides with your therapist's holiday?

She said I can send z'n email but that is not the same ... And I am reluctant to do so as I would like to respect het time off. Although I lust say I already did.

@pliepla in Belgium I found this link by googling which goes to crisis and support lines TherapyRoute

if you are in crisis there are crisis hot lines if you are at extreme risk like the Samaritans or the links if you scroll down here. If you just want someone to vent on you can always do that here in forums or in pms.

Does your therapist affiliate with a group of therapists? If so they usually have someone subbing for them.

Hope you get the support you are looking for. @CANDC

I emailed. It helped ease the intensity.... Eventually.

If your T allows email, then do so - like Therapy reviewed, I often emailed while my T was on vacation. It helped most the time. Not always; most the time.

I email her. Sometimes it helps just to know that she will at least know whats going on, even if she cannot help, and that helps me feel a tiny bit better.
