I'm just curious is this normal for a therapist to be this forgetfully? also is it normal for them to ask me to send them a email to remind them what they said they will email me about?

basically over all I had a change of therapist because my pervious therapist went to have a baby. There was a bit of drama changing therapist. 🙄 Because! my pervious therapist we will name them Lily recommend and put me forward for this therapist we will name them Sarah. So Sarah was all good to have me! until!!! yes Until!! 2 weeks! before my therapy ended with Lily. Sarah decided she gonna leave private therapy practice and go to public therapy supported by in my country by the government. I can't go to public therapy cause I have been there before and well I was discharged after 4 years being there and they have this LONG waiting list to even get in. Long story over all. So AppleLime that is me is pisst and annoyed.
So Sarah recommend this other therapist I'm currently seeing we will name her Rose that is in the same practice that Sarah is working in. Well! it take forever for Rose to get back to Sarah and what the hell was going on. Does Rose want me to be her client or not? It ended up me calling the practice to ask what was going on. The manager of the practice didn't excatly gave me a explanation, here is the kicker though my partner had to call them! to know what was going on! yeah! cause for some reason they couldn't tell me! like what?!

Eventually I finally got to Rose and have therapy with her. Over all she is a nice therapist. However she is forgetful in the sense of she emailed me to do the schema therapy questions I had to answer 115 to exact. I did it that night once she sent it. Now I didn't got reply so I thought I guess I will wait next session? Next session she asked me if I sent her the email. I said yes and show her my Gmail account sent emails. She was really confused and realised after scrolling my email was there and it was clutter by other emails she answered too.

Well she couldn't for some reason downloaded my file I sent to her for her to calculate my answers. So we had to sit there for half a hour of my therapy session! telling her my answer to each question which was numbers and her typing it up on her compture.

During the end of the session she said she will email me my results even though she told me in person 🤷🏽*♀️
she said to me if she doesn't email me after 3 days, email her. So I did. Have I got answer nope!

Now my pervious therapist Lily was switch on and organised but Rose. Not sure.
She does have a 1 year old baby and she is working. I'm thinking to myself maybe she came to work too early, so she doesn't have the engery for her clients.

Thoughts? is it normal my question to you to email the therapist to remind them? is it my job to do that?
I pay $200 pre therapy session with help of funding cause hey who excatly has the money these days to pay $200 when food is expensive. So I kinda expecting high standard paying this amount well some.

No, I don’t think that’s normal or professional at all. Sounds very annoying actually. Don’t think I could cope with that at all

My Ts memory was admirable. If she said she'd do something she's so it. In 20yrs she never forgot anything. For me dealing with real abandonment issues I didn't knew how much I needed that.
