Hi everyone, I got myself a new therapist today through 7cups. I have been waiting for my therapist to get intouch with me and she has not been intouch with me since last spring.
My husband has had his surgery it went well. He is still struggiling with his health. I find some days are so overwhelming. Anxiety it taking over right now. |

I am glad your husband's surgery went well. Being a caretaker is overwhelming. I hope the therapist calls you soon

I hope the new therapist works out for you! I'm sorry you never heard from the other one. Also glad your husband's surgery went well.
