1. I will be able to get my feelings out
2. Might give me a chance to talk, and she'll hear.
3. She might learn how to talk to me.
4. My problem will get sorted.
5. I might get peace if It's not my fault. Even if it is, I can change my behavior.
6. Mom will finally learn what is affecting her.
7. Hopefully, the church will support us.
8. I can complain during family therapy that she shouts at me, and the therapist will ask her why she does that and how she feels.
9. I'll go to individual therapy to deal with feelings of neglect when Mom goes off to individual therapy.
10. They'll ask me how I feel, when all this is happening. I will say I feel confused, then I'll ask to go to individual therapy to deal with feelings of loneliness and confusion if I feel like I'm not important to her.
11. I'll ask Dad for more money, or I could walk the dog to earn some money. Once a month therapy is enough.
12. I could try CBT at home to help me
