I've read a long while back when I was still in therapy that good therapy happens yrs after. That interested me but it went to the back of my mind.

I was work my T for 20yrs.I've been out of therapy over 3 yrs now and the last few weeks I've had a sense of change within me, a feeling of 'coming to myself'.. Like all the years in therapy have finally come together. I know who I am, what I want and a sense of being emotionally stronger more than at any other time in my life.

Has anyone else experienced this? Yrs after therapy?
