I see my pdoc next week. I don't plan on gaining much weight due to T-giving. My eating disorder got really bad and I lost a shyt ton of weight and I'm moderately underweight now. I know she's going to want to discuss but I don't really understand a lot of it myself. I talk about it in therapy some and all I get is "it's caused by trauma" but Idk how that works and pdoc wants to understand how it's caused by what trauma (stick to your job woman lol! nah, I do appreciate someone who doesn't just give you a prescription in 5 minutes and kicks you out, but I just don't like thinking )

I am not sure but would it be an option to let you pdoc talk to your T if you don’t want to do the thinking?

I think the thing is she wants me to practice doing the thinking, or at least see how well I can do it.
