Pdoc told me about a local PHP if I feel like it. Said if I get worse they’ll catch it and admit me before I punch someone or attempt suicide. Idk if I’ll do either of those…idk man…idk
Should I see what it’s all about?

I think it's definitely worth checking to see if it could work for you/be covered by your insurance.

I totally meant to call them today, but instead I walked to a DV support place, the local housing authority, the CMHC, the library, but I'll go make that call
