So I just wanted to start a countdown kind of thread. You can post every day, or every hour of before you see your T to get the suspenseful feelings out of you if you have them.

I am seeing my T in 5 hours and the suspense is killing me!

On Thursday, at 5pm. I feel like I have so much to tell him.

Tomorrow. It will be interesting. I'll finally admit to feeling depressed.

I had my last ever session with my therapist yesterday afternoon. It was a lovely session and emotional. I wasn't ott though as I have a new therapist lined up. If I didn't I'd be worse. I got a hug off her which I've never had off her before. We exchanged cards and I gave her flowers. I'm really gonna miss her.

** I see my new therapist on 4th June at 3pm **

A week from Wednesday. We were meeting monthly, but then I wanted to go back to biweekly because depression is creeping back.
