We had an exciting evening with a bat in the house. The dogs and cat were bonking around and the bat was flying around - super fun. The bat finally landed on a dog bed and I picked the bed up and sort of defenestrated him out and up of a window (the out and up was how the bat web site said to do it)

So impressed by you, Lost. And really proud. I need to get off my butt and start moving. My mom invited H and I to Universal Studios and we had to decline because we didn't feel we could do the walk

My MIL broke her hip today. Doctors said she probably won't walk again. She has to give up her dogs.
Possible trigger:

That sounds like a hell of a leap for the doctor to make, though. Has she declined or been refused for physiotherapy? SD..I think I read something where you can put gloves on and actually pick the bat up to put them back outside. I don’t know how true or safe it is though.

She wants us to call the humane society. That's where she got the most aggressive one from. The other one, her friend went to jail and abandoned him with my MIL.
I could look into like a chihuahua rescue? They'd probably be better with aggressive ones than the humane society. I'll tell her about a second opinion. We don't know anything about physiotherapy yet. I'm sure they'd have her do it even to gain back a little mobility, right?
