I am in the did-I-make-a-stupid-mistake??? phase. Best advice art t gave me- Tell your friends. No secrets or covering like last time. Tell your besties everything so they can be your "nope, that's not normal, girlfriend" while you re-learn your own intuition. So now when I want to call bicycle guy and suggest pretending that never happened, I text them instead. So far they say some version of "Nope. don't do it. Not a mistake."

It's good to have a trusted circle of friends who can be your reality check and remind you of your own worth. Trusting yourself and your instincts will take time to rebuild. Keep leaning on the friends; they seem like a great group who can be an anchor for you when things feel uncertain. Remember, the urge to smooth things over or backtrack is normal, but it doesn’t mean you’re making a mistake by sticking to your values.

I would also suggest writing letters/ messages to him that you don't send.

Try to take it day by day and moment by moment. You can and you will get through this.

I read an article about this today. People regretting retiring early at 55. I think part time is a good balance if you're not ready to stop.

‘Retiring at 55 was the biggest mistake of my life’

Do you have spotify premium?

I would create a new playlist so you don't get triggered expectantly.
