The mental part of it will fall into place when you see change-I think. I know right now the big new thing is those Ozempic shots or whatever they are called but the lifestyle change still has to co-exist with it. It’s like with the lap band surgeries. I have a cousin who had it done. She lost some weight but not as much as she should have because every time she was hungry she still ate fast food. Just less of it.
Anyways-what am I on about? Ex-Hankster is the couch nutritionist now and exercise coach.
