Look up Dianne bondy on YouTube. There is a space for bigger women too.

I joined cross fit once upon a time, and the group leader was very supportive and the trainers always gave me extra attention too. In my own experience, of joining four gyms- it’s always been my own judgment more than anyone else’s.

I’m pretty sure you could find a local group too if you searched. Some council sport centres also do chair Yoga.

I'm trying to learn to crochet. I bought one of those Woobles kits and it turned out pretty well so I thought I'd try to make a cute ghost with glow-in-the-dark yarn using this pattern How to Crochet a Ghost: Simple Steps for Spooky Decor – HiCrochet.

This is what I ended up with. Haha! I have no clue where I went wrong.

our a/c quit working again after paying a small fortune to have it replaced at the end of July. now we find out today that the tubing or whatever that was already in the house is not copper, and they installed the new a/c with copper, so couldn't weld had to use connectors. Well the connectors are leaking coolant. He said they can replace the connectors and put new coolant in for $2600 that might last 2 years, or replace the existing piping with copper and weld them for a permanent fix for $4500 and it would still be under warranty for the rest of 10 years since it was installed. we are beyond ticked off needless to say. these people apparently think we have a money tree growing in our yard. Ugh.

Ugh, that sucks, Artie, I'm sorry. Shouldn't they have let you know this when they were installing it? Does the warranty cover any of this by chance?

Thanks LT,

There are so many facets that I don't know where to begin.
I find myself wishing that I could feel the sense of safety with R that I had before the summer, so that I could talk openly with her.

She's missed so much.

Thanks LT. Unfortunately, the warranty doesn't cover it because it's the original tubing or whatever in the house. The guy today said yes, they should have mentioned it during the install and so we submitted a complaint. It's ridiculous. At least they offer 0% financing for 12 months so we went with that, now we just have to pay the whole mess off within the coming year. Things will be tight for a while but we'll figure it out. Not paying $560 a month for therapy for the past what, 8 months now, is a huge help financially.
