I'm not new to this forum years ago my name was and is sweepy62 where I had the pleasure of venting and we helped each other . I contacted support to have sweepy62 as my name and they are working on it. I have understood the struggle . I had 4 t they kept leaving or quitting so it was not easy for me at all. I had 2 docs . I no longer see an actual therapist but I do have ups and downs.

How are you finding it to be out of therapy? It sounds like a difficult experience to have had multiple therapists end the work for one reason or another. Do you feel that you have completed your work or are you considering continuing at some point?

At first it was so difficult seeing my sister and her daughter moved in with us like 6 and a half years ago and I didn't want them knowing I was in therapy so I stopped going I was so overwhelmed they had moved here after hurricane devastated island . And then my mom was in hospice care in my house as well. Omg. My emotions are a bit all over the place at the moment.
