Its talk therapy. The funny thing is today we were getting a bit off topic and she mentioned how we needed to get back on topic because we weren't being too theraputic at the moment. And I don't know. I just find some things funny in a sort of hypocritcal way.

I know one middle age therapist I had mentioned a lot of people are becoming therapists who shouldn't be ones.
