I don't see it listed on types of therapies when I look up counselors online in my area. But EMDR is mainstream. I doubt it's actual validity.

I really don’t find CBT that helpful. It’s about time some Therapists expanded their skills to other ways of helping.

im learning how to do CBT for school. its still popular. but i also have done emdr personally and it helps!
