Yrs after the therapy has ended.. One of my issues was rejection from being adopted and not wanted by my adoptive mother this was understandable...

So one night last week I had a dream where I was waving to an old work colleague and they kinda of smiled toward be but was rushing toward other work collgues... In the dream this stung then it begun to feel OK to where that part of the dream kept replaying or rather the feeling of that part.. In the dream Eventually didn't feel rejection and it was no longer painful...I woke up feeling a wierd happiness.. One of those dreams that stays, with you during the day where you get to view it again in daylight hours.. What a release to have experienced this... Obviously my subconscious is still doing its thing to heal..

Ive had dreams where my dad is still alive. He kind of shows up. Its hard to explain. But the FEELING. It is very healing, very soothing. OTOH, my mother shows up, and its always some conflict, altho they have become much milder, so that is ongoing, and is telling me something isnt quite resolved.
