It is so hard to know what she did and not know if she is even alive. She wasn't just an online friend, I met her in person and even stayed at her apartment. We had issues that came between us recently, but I still considered her a friend. I just wish I knew how she was.

I'm not quite sure what to say...

It can be hard not knowing... I can empathize with that.

I'm not sure if this is wanted or not...

But if you know her home address you could, of course, call the police and have them check on her. She might be angry (initially at least) but she should come to understand that you did it because you cared and were worried about her safety.

How did you learn she OD'd? If you have an inbetween friend or group you could maybe learn a little more through them and send best wishes, etc.?

Keep the Faith that she is mending...and that this experience will open her eyes to the gifts she possesses..

You are both on my prayer list...

HFG,

I am so sorry for your worry. Perhaps you can post this in the substance abuse forum for more appropriate support that you need? Posters there are probably more familiar with this type of problem. Take care.
