Today's session

We did talk about last week and she said that she talked to the office staff and if they see me sitting in the waiting room long past time she should have come get me to call her again just to be sure she knows I'm there as that's why I only got to see her for 30 minutes last week she didn't know I was there until late.

We talked about the med changes and then she told me I did good on my homework and she was glad to see that most days I ate 3xs. I'm still supposed to write down what I eat she said she wants to know every bite that goes into my mouth.

I also got my Pell Grant money today and decided I'm going to keep the money to myself and not tell my dad I have the money. So my assignment for that is I am to write down a list of wants and needs and then she is going to help me plan on how to spend the money. I spent some of it already and she knows it and told me it was ok.

I'm much more calmer today than I was last week after therapy so that's a good thing. I also had to warn her that I'm on Predinose for my bronchitis and it has a history of making me psychotic. So far so good the only thing that I am hearing is music that no one else can hear. I am hearing the Battle Hymn of the Republic LOL. I can deal with that its the voices I hate and I am fearful that since the music has started that the voices are coming soon.

does it help to think that the voices are music? i have music playing *All the time*. Monitor what they tell you so that you are the one making descisions on their info. As long as you are in control, they can't hurt you.

good to take care of the cough - mom got punemonia, so one has to care for those things.
