Whats up with that %#@&#! ! His done this more then once and there are times he seems high as a kite and just goes on talking Gives me my scrip and ask me if it looks right I'm not a doctor i don't know what hell it says Why should i have to double check his work..

Do I report him ? Or are they just going to think I'm crazy and blow me off.

Can you find another doctor?

Maybe you could secretly bring in a tape recorder so they'll believe you when you report it. You should find a new doctor and you should REPORT HIM. He could be harmful to other patients. He should not be treating patients until he has his problems under control.

I'd just get a new doctor.

But I'm concerned about this doctor's effect on future patients. A practicing psychiatrist with out of control mental health issues is like a practicing nutritionist who is an out of control compulsive overeater. He needs to be reported, not so his career will be ruined but so he can get the HELP he obviously needs. I think it's wrong to ignore someone who needs help whether he's a doctor or patient. I strongly believe that a doctor cannot help his patients efficiently (not to mention being harmful to patients) until he helps himself first.

Get a different doctor. Don't waste one more second on this one. You need and deserve real care.

Peace

You should get a new doctor. You should also contact your state medical board and file a complaint. With that kind of behavior he could seriously harm a patient, especially if he is under the influence of narcotic pain medication or similar addictive drugs.

Call the CDMHP and have HIM evaluated! Ha!

In all seriousness, get a new doctor, report him to the authorities.
Best,
Okie
