I met my new T today she seems to very nice, she 23 a yrs old, a year younger then I am .she got her license to become a therapist back in march. So when I got home I looked @ her card she gave and after her Name it had Therapist II, What does therapist II mean?

I think it depends what state you are in as to what the duties are as a therapist I vs. a therapist II.
It is probably easiest to just ask her what it means. Met with new T
