Me too dear. Tonight is my first session since the 16 day break started.
How in the world I'll sum up 16 days worth of pain in 50 minutes I'm sure I don't know. Journaling actually has helped me. Its attached to my hip but other than that it has been a good outlet. Hang in there ![]()

I agree.... just write and keep writing. Don't worry about the thoughts being connected or even making sense! Just free associate. It really, really helps.

Me too, I write and scribble...I use livejournal.com too, thats pretty helpful!
