Has anyone ever had to make a journal on your SI and why you did it, on a daily basis? Per my Pdoc and T i need to do this daily.

Maybe it will help you see when you feel the need to SI. Maybe it will help you change your behavior in the long run. I don't SI but this is just a thought as to why.

I would assume that it is for self-understanding, the only way to truly get better.....
