I don't know if there are actually any online therapies shown, but you might click on the
Resources button on the upper left of these pages and see what is there.

Welcome to the forums. I am sorry that I don't know any free on line help. Can you consider talking to your parents about how you are feeling and that you would like to see someone to help you sort through things? I am sorry you are feeling so bad.

I'm not sure where you live but often times there are teen hotlines or hotlines that can put you in touch with the right people. Also if you are comfortable enough with someone at school (i.e. a guidance counselor, teacher or other person in that position). Not to discourage you in anyway but if you tell them there is abuse or you are feeling suicidal or homicidal they are bound by law to report this. That being said they can be a really huge help and possibly if you agree help you talk to your parents or suggest somewhere to go. Is there someone else you feel comfortable talking to? A friends parent anyone who can listen and possibly help you find some solutions in your area or even help talk to your parents.
Yes, therapy can be expensive but your parents might have insurance that might cover this. You can decide what to tell them but given you know them figure out if they would be "freaked" or not want to help when you go to them. Do you have any siblings that could be of help in going to talk to your parents. In high school my panic attacks were getting really out of control and I asked my older sister to help me talk to my parents about getting help. We had never been that close but she really came through for me and helped me talk to them in a way that they would understand. Again depending on where you live there are places that do a sliding scale fee based on a few things. ![]() |

Well I move to a lot of different schools so i dont get close with anyone there. I feel like I will never be able to talk to a friend, a friend's parent, or my mom. For example, when I used to self injure my best friend found out and told her mom. She didn't even talk to me first. Then her mom told my mom and she said something like:...why would you do that...cutters are usually people who get raped or are abused...you have a good life....there are a lot of people out there who have it 100 times worse than you...which one of your friends taught you how to do it...if you do it again youre grounded...BLAH blah blah.
Ahhh and I dont have any siblings. |
