Hello everyone my Cousin ask me a ? this afternoon and I don't know how to answer it. His ? was why do T sit close to the phone. he said this is his 3rd t in 7 yrs. I'm thinking to myself my t never sat close to the phone. what should i tell him.

Maybe the T doesn't realize that they do it. If it bugs your cousin, perhaps tell him to bring it up with T? Or maybe he's constantly expecting the phone to ring... but I'd hope it doesn't ring in his sessions!

My previous T never sat near the phone and I'm not sure why that would be a constant habit. If it's something bothersome, tell them to mention it.
I have 2 current T's. The one is near the phone just due to the small office and location of the phone to her chair. The other uses her cell phone for everything so her phone is on her at all times.
