During the phone session today, T and I were discussing my childhood a great deal. He was inquiring about how much I was by myself when I was young.

I was telling him how my mother would always take naps.

I meant to say, "I was really good at playing by myself."
Instead, I said, "I was really good at playing with myself."

I caught it right away and said, "Wow, how's that for a Freudian slip?" And then quickly moved onto something else before T could even get a word in.
