I'm not sure if this goes in this thread but I wasn't sure where else to put it.

I have a meeting tomorrow at a mental health centre and I'm really scared. Not just about the meeting itself but the fact that my counselor has arranged for someone to pick me up, who I don't even know. I've left it too late to call my counselor and tell him I'm scared and I don't know what to do. I'm scared that when it gets to it tomorrow, I won't be able to get in the car :/. Can anyone help me? I don't know if I should talk to a teacher about it tomorrow morning at school or is it too late? Am I just going to have to go through with it?

- I already have depression and I am taking luoxetine for it so I'm not entirely sure what the meeting is about either? Does anyone know any possibilities of what it may be about?

(((((((((((((( maximumeffect )))))))))))))))))))))

Talking to a teacher may help ease your mind or maybe they can help you make other arrangements. I am sure if your counselor has arranged for this person to pick you up then they probably can be trusted, some mental health centers actually hire people to pick clients up when they need a ride.
I am not sure what your meeting may be about, it must be very stressful not knowing what is going to happen and why you have this meeting but try to relax. Good luck tomorrow.

I agree with gimmeice. If you like your counselor and trust him/her than I would try to tell myself that the counselor has your best intrest at heart and would not do anything to harm you. Hugs!

talk to a teacher or someone you trust about this - why is it too late to talk to your T? maybe they can help settle your fears. I hope it goes well for you - I dont think your T would send someone they didnt trust - talk to someone P7
