Funny comics. I read them all. Many of them are very descriptive of my therapy experiences.
Thanks for this!

Thanks for that, WePow. I found the comments below that cartoon very amusing too. There was a discussion of different approaches to tissue-giving by therapists during session. Should Ts have tissues on display or hidden? Should Ts offer tissues to a crying client or wait until the client requests a tissue? Those people cracked me up! Those people reminded me of us here in the PT forum!

I was in session a couple times in a row right before I had to stop seeing her this summer. I kept bawling. One time the kleenex box was really easy to get to. The other times it seemed like people were moving it in between our sessions (she shares an office with other people.) Each time I had to look around to find out where it was.
Thanks for this!

I hate crying in session. But it tends to happen a lot. And T offers me tissues and I know he HAS to be wishing I would take another one!!! I will have one tissue for 20 min of solid bawling and I see him keep looking at the tissue box! LOL
Thanks for this!

I love these series of cartoons. I subscribe so I'm notified every time a new one is posted & I can usually relate.

My funny tissue story was from when i was in rehab. They never had proper tissues in the group rooms but there was lots of crying, and all there was was a roll of toilet paper. So eventually we complained enough and the counsellor went out and bought a box of proper tissues on his own dime, and brought it to session. But in order to keep the tissues from being stollen between sessions one of the clients had to keep the box in their room, and they were refered to as "the keeper of the tissues" Whenever that person left rehab they had to choose their replacement. I was briefly keeper of the tissues during my last 10 days in rehab.
