(((img))) hope things go well for you. i think it's normal to have a little anxiety with the first appt. identifyling a t we feel comfortable with is so important. let us know how it all turns out. it could be a new beginning on the road of discovery and healing for you. thank you for feeling safe enough to share this concern with us.

I know that nervous feeling! Don't put too much pressure on yourself at that first appointment - just go, and see how it feels, and if there might be a connection.

You can do it... please come back and tell us how it goes

you're appointments on thursday? thats today- its ok to be nervous - geez I was so nervous my hands shook! - when you find a good T and they help you with what you are going through its worth the anxiety, honestly it is.

Please try and be kind to yourself, I hope all goes well for you - let us know how you go - P7

((( Img103 )))

That first appointment, beginning therapy, makes us nervous, for sure.

You can do it and we'll be standing right behind you, supporting you!

Good luck and let us know how if you feel better afterwards, if you care to share that with us.
