Due to the wonderful ice storm no therapy tomorrow
![]() I really wanted to go because if I don't get out of this house I am going to go stark raving mad!! Plus I have some issues I need to talk to her about. I emailed them to her but it's not the same plus she lives in Springdale so who knows if she has power or internet access to be able to read her email. I saw on the news where some people don't have cable or internet. I will be so glad when all this ice is gone. Jan

I read about your weather issues in the news. Sounds bad. I hope you don't lose power. Maybe you will be able to engage in some distraction activities, or sleep late, clean house, and other meaningful, healthy distractions to avoid going mad? I know what you mean though, as some days, you just HAVE to get out... ![]()

I hope the snow melts for you soon - I'll try and send you some Aussie sun to melt it

Hey Jan,
I'm glad you're okay. I thought about you when I heard about the severe weather and power outages in Arkansas! I'm sorry you aren't able to see your T. That sucks. You are so gracious about it ![]() Meantime, keep warm! How's Tyger these days? |

Thanks for your responses. I ended up sleeping most of the day and am still tired. I don't understand how sleeping can make you tired lol. I plan on trying to get out tomorrow to go out to my parents to get some money to go to the store to get some groceries. Both me and Tyger are getting low on food.
Echoes...Tyger is good. He is getting cabin fever also. He gets confused when he sees the sun outside he thinks it's warm and wants to go outside but then he gets out there and sees it's cold and wants back inside. So we play inside/outside all day. I did venture out to the mailbox today and he walked with me down there and playing in the puddles left by the melting sun. He tried to drink from the puddles I tried to discourage it but what can you do? The water looked dirty that is why I didn't want him drinking it. He just got a drink from the sink in the bathroom. When I am in there doing my business he likes to get a drink from the sink. I turn it on to a little stream of water and he drinks from the stream. He has gotten spoiled doing that that he prefers that over the water in his bowl. Jan

LOL at Tyger! He sounds like a great kitty. I like how he walked with you to the mailbox. I have a kitty I spoil sometimes too with a stream of water from the bathroom sink. He drinks a bit, but mostly he loves to play with it, try to catch it if I leave the tiniest stream possible. Funny to watch him bite at it as if he could grab it like a string
![]() Glad you and Tyger are doing well and staying safe and warm! |

One of my cats likes to bite at the water as I water my plants with a watering can - he is always so surprised when he bites the water and gets a wet head! Makes me smile everytime
