If your are serious about helping yourself in a positive way then this forum is definitely a great addition to therapy. Do not get me wrong it should not replace therapy but if group therapy is not something that works for you then I have found that this forum is an incredible alternative. I have met people and received advice form people all over with different out looks, which has given be the opportunity to be more open minded and discover new ideas and technics which is helping me to recover and feel better.

I go to therapy and bring what I learned here to try to help others. I bring what confuses me or what scares me from therapy here and others help me, they put a whole new light on what I cannot see.

I would like to thank all the contributors here on this forum. I just wanted to take a moment give my appreciation and express how important I feel this venue is to so many people. Thank you!

Thanks for this!
