My current sleeping pills arent working at all. I have been up for over 72 hours no sleep at all. So I am unable to make appointments..etc. He won't prescribe over the phone at all.

Good grief! That would make me angry too!
Can you not get an appointment? Is there an urgent care you can go to, or even your GP?? You need to sleep. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |

Ooooh, that feels far away. If you called and explained what was going on - maybe to a nurse - do you think your GP would call something in??

How are you doing, Zen888? I hope you are able to get some sleep. Have you tried any other remedies to get you through to Monday? Warm milk? Melatonin? Benadryl?
Some sleeping pills are controlled substances, which can't be phoned into the pharmacy. They require a written prescription. Could that be the case with your prescription? I hope your GP can help.

I wanted to second what Sunny said about melatonin - it can work really well (especially the sublingual tablets),and might be worth a try.
I REALLY hope you have been able to get some rest ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
