Anyone else ever get shortterm memory loss testing? I studied about these tests in a cognitive pysch class, I hope it doesn't affect the results because I know what they do. What is interesting is that she is a T, so it will be kinda fun to meet another T but not for therapy.

Thanks Phoenix,

I am worried about my loss because I went from an A+ student to a C-D student in a period of a year plus with my recent migraine headaches that started last summer and I might have had a small stroke too. Ick. I hate this, I feel like my future is so on hold. I want to get a degree in forensic psch and it is even more competitive to get into than a Phd. therapist degree at a good college. It could be symtoms of PTSD too, but I don't think so. But it could be both mental and physical, I just hope something can help me. Today I went to my chiro with my workout pants on, inside out.

hmm just proved my point - I know if i backspace on an emoticon it deletes my post and yet I did it!!!!

what I was saying before I deleted my post ! grrrr was that it sounds like you have a lot on your mind at the moment - a lot to deal with - and that when I'm stressed my mind goes even blanker than normal (I bet you didnt think that was possible LOL) pain and migraines don't help either (I get migraine too - they suck big time!)and yes it is definately one of the symptoms you can get with PTSD - worst luck!

The fact that you are still studying and getting any grade is a miracle with all you have to put up with - try not to be so hard on yourself - the more pressure you put on yourself to perform the harder it gets JMO are you doing anything to relax? that could help - let us know how you go with your test. take care P7
