So, think of something you admire in someone else you know and try to copy it. You can learn anything and practicing being cheerful or doing things anyway when you're scared or feel awkward is the only way to start feeling different; thinking can't change anything, just doing. You have to practice living and being.

Thank You Perna. Will def look into. Im trying to feel diff , i guess its really hard cause I feel like Some of my prob are my fault and I cant forgive myself.

**FeelingSad** I blame myself for a lot, including things I've been told aren't my fault. I feel I did something to deserve all the bad crap that gets thrown at me. But it isn't your fault and you can and should forgive yourself. What do you think is your fault (right now) and enough to the point you can't forgive yourself?
