I'm so tired and want to sleep, but the neighbor upstairs is making so much noise....thank god he's moving out....but 10:30pm in the middle of week for god sake.....he has so much noise, and I just told him once that he turned down his music and just now I told him if he can be quiet....after so many nights that I couldn't sleep from the whole nights of partying he has upstairs....even couple times I went to work late, because I couldn't sleep at night!!!!
now, he gave me attitude and telling me that I'm sensitive.....I'm just wondering if we were living in a decent apartment, anybody could move out at night and have party with laud music till morning????
some people just see themselves and nobody else is matter.....
thanks for listening....just wanted to rant.....can't keep my eyes open

Most apartment leases have a clause to the effect that the tenants should always have "due regard for the peace, comfort, and quiet enjoyment of other residents at all times."

Read through your copy of the lease. If it has a "due regard for neighbors" clause, contact your landlord with the details of your neighbor's activities and explain how the activities have made peaceable possession of your apartment impossible.

Thanks guys....

He finally left....such a peace....I slept very well last night....I was almost forgot how I could sleep peacefully!

I'm thinking about moving out from the place and other neighbors are okay, hope the next person who moves upstairs is good....

This guy has left two pieces of furniture outside of his apartment right next to my door with a note on them that they will be picked Wednesday 31st and they are still there! Unbelievable, some people don't care about anybody else except themselves....

well....I appreciate the good night sleep last night....
