hello,

My mom moved in with us 8 months ago and as much as my husband and I love her, we need to get our house back to normal. She moved back to our hometown and in with us. She is still job searching all these months later, and has not put as much focus on it as she needs to. She allows herself to be distracted by other family members and their drama. Other family simply does not have the room for her to live with them. My husband and I are about to start a family through an IVF treatment, and if successful we simply will not have room for her to live with us, our home is not that big. She will not listen and go to a staffing agency like I have suggested and I am getting frustrated. She is depressed and every time I try to talk with her about serious issues like this she begins to cry and act out. My goal is to have a conversation with her where she understands the urgency and puts all these other issues to the side and makes moving out a priority. Any suggestions are helpful, Thank you!
