Hi its me again, i dunno if u saw my last post about how broken i was about my ex, but i'm doing pretty good now. I'm proud to say that i am over him. And now there's this other guy...he's really sweet and nice and he likes me and i like him too. I'm just hesitant because i wonder if it's too soon for me to date after being single for only two months after a relationship of over a year. How do i know? anybody can help, just give me something to work from.

If it feels right then I say go for it.
It doesn't have to become a relationship, it can just be 'dates' and a stepping stone to finding out if you are ready for the next big romantic adventure xx

Agree with Belle.

I dont think its too soon. If you said that within 2 weeks you were with someone else - I would say - hold on a minute... but 2 months... Go for it! Have fun and learn about him as much as you can through dates. If its right - things will unfold naturally. Good luck!

Do whatever fills that hole in your heart that your ex left. Dont worry about the "rebound date" rule thingy. Everyone is different. My grandmother was married to a man for 10 years, divorced him, and then got with my grandfather a THREE MONTHS after the divorce, and got married two months after that...so, 5 months after a 10 year marriage, Granny was married again.
