Hi its me again, i dunno if u saw my last post about how broken i was about my ex, but i'm doing pretty good now. I'm proud to say that i am over him. And now there's this other guy...he's really sweet and nice and he likes me and i like him too. I'm just hesitant because i wonder if it's too soon for me to date after being single for only two months after a relationship of over a year. How do i know? anybody can help, just give me something to work from.

If it feels right then I say go for it.
It doesn't have to become a relationship, it can just be 'dates' and a stepping stone to finding out if you are ready for the next big romantic adventure xx

Agree with Belle.
I dont think its too soon. If you said that within 2 weeks you were with someone else - I would say - hold on a minute... but 2 months... Go for it! Have fun and learn about him as much as you can through dates. If its right - things will unfold naturally. Good luck! |

Do whatever fills that hole in your heart that your ex left. Dont worry about the "rebound date" rule thingy. Everyone is different. My grandmother was married to a man for 10 years, divorced him, and then got with my grandfather a THREE MONTHS after the divorce, and got married two months after that...so, 5 months after a 10 year marriage, Granny was married again.
