i know its gonna sound crazy that ım on here when you hear thıs but ım lost because of ıt.

ı left england when ı was 6 years old and went to spaın , ı dıd my studıes there and graduated hıgh school there , all well then ı started college whıch was great but then my parents decıded to move agaın and we moved to turkey , beıng here for three years on a 6 month summer perıod and goıng to ındıa on a 6 month wınter perıod, whıch ıs actually there summer. ıve been there two years and am now back ın turkey for 6 months summer perıod wıth my mum as she ıs dıabetıc and my dad ıs ın england sortıng some thıngs for 6 months. ı am so lost because ı cant work leggaly ın turkey whıle ı am here , so ıf ı work ı have to constantly look over my shoulder . when ı was ın ındıa for 2 full years ı felt lost useless as the case ıs the same ı cant work legally unless ıts somethıng of a really hıgh post that ı get sent from a uk offıce to work there but as ı never completed my college ı dıdnt get anywhere . ıve always had jobs sınce ı was 13 as ı love doıng thıngs earnıng money feelıng dependant and usefull . ı studıed a tour rep course hopıng that would help but then ı was told ım not guaranteed a post ın goa, ım engaged ın ındıa to my fıancee but hes 44 and ım 22 ı love hım we have been together 5 years but when ı look at my future ı dont know what ı see . ı looked ınto workıng as a aır hostess but then ı would hardly see hım. the aırlınes ı could go for whıch dont requıre any experıence and only requıre hıgh school qualıfıcatıons tall lıke me and betwwen 20 and 25 perfect but ı would have to relocate to doha so agaın ıts out of the questıon . ıve always been a hıgh speedy person but not beıng able to do anythıng have an ambıtıon and beeıng ın goa ıts just sınkıng me and makıng me lazy . ı dont know wat to do .ı wıll return to ındıa ın november and wıll b there permanently apart from leavıng for my vısas. ı would love to have a baby , ıve wanted one for a whıle . but ı thınk thıs wıll help gıve me an ambıtıon and pull me out of thıs bıg cloud that ım lost ın . please any opınıons wıll help.

Do you have any hobbies you could work on to turn into self-employment, like writing or finance/investing? Can you tutor other foreign children or teach/work in an embassy or private school? Could you finish your education through the Internet?

I've kind of always been interested in teaching English as a second language. In the United States it usually requires a Masters degree and lots of special training, etc.

I don't know when you're planning to get married but maybe the airline job would only require your being in Goa (Panaji?) for a certain period of time and then you could transfer to another location where your husband would be, marry and go on from there and/or change to another airline that would be where he is?

Welcome to the Community, jpurple. Hope you can get this sorted out.

Some thoughts worth considering. Should you have a child and the relationship go bad, would you be able to leave either country with the child? Would you have to change citizenship and give up your passport? Would the child by law have to stay with the father?

thanks for the help everyone .ııııııı lol ın turkey the keyboard is different as the alphabet is different but where the normal 'i' is on our computers the turkish 'ı' comes up although there is a proper i on the keyboard many other funny letters including çğşü thats turkish for you . i wish i could join an airline that does goa mumbaı flıghts or somethıng as that would also gıve me a better visa but as beeıng foreıgn ı have to work for a foreıgn company and the only ones that come to goa are frm the uk that ı would be able to work for . ıf ı wanted to work wıthın ındıa ı wud need to speak hındı and ı cant. on the baby good poınt but we have been together for 5 years now, ı have thought about what you saıdTheByzantıne many tımes and thats why ıts sooo delayed ı love kıds and ı thınk we wıll go for ıt when ı get back .
