I feel so exhausted, like I just want to give up on everything, but my children. My gf has made it clear that I cant do anything right and because of this-the kitchen floor is not completed and has been like this for two weeks now-almost 3. I dont want to finish it cuz I feel like such a failure in trying to lay the floor to begin with. I have called off of work cuz my lack of desire and am very socialable-but havent been for sometime now-I used to entertain childrens birthday parties and dress as the charactor they wanted-but cant do that either-cuz I feel like im a failure at everything.

I just wanted to say that I am sorry that your going through this! It makes me sad how other peoples words can really take our power away from us!!! Our drive and will to live a sociable happy life can be all be STOPPED by this kind of negativity. I hope that you can maybe work through this? Try and remember how important the work you do brings happy smiles to those kids...This has to be very difficult for you...Please hang in there...

Words hurt more than a punch. The bruose goes away but those words are there to stay. IF we choose to hang onto the words. Don't let someone crush your dreams in life. So sorry that your girlfriend treats you this way Does she constantly reset your confidence to low? It is just not right to do this

But your children they are special and they are something to keep going for

You may be in depression and it is a good idea to seek out a physician to help you to find out one way or another

You will finish your work and you will feel pride in it and in yourself but it does not sound as if you are at all happy
