I KNOW I SHOULDN'T CONTACT HIM!!!!!

BUT I just realized (or remembered) that Jesse (my amazingly crappy cheating ex who has been the cause of a lot of emotional trouble lately) has pictures of me on his website and I really don't want them there!!

This website is dedicated to me and our relationship, as he is just so freakin dramatic like that and felt like it was necessary as a final chapter and good bye to it. I'm not necessarily comfortable with his view on our relationship posted on the internet (though I'm unsure if it's even public or not) epescially since a lot of his take on it didn't actually happen, or the events were different than how they had been recorded on chat logs or in my diary (I am a big journal freak) but I don't really care about it much..

However, I am completely uncomfortable with those pictures there, regardless if the site is accessable to the public or not. It's not like they're bad pictures cause I'm not that type of person, but I don't want them up, you know? I mean he never really asked me if he was aloud, in fact all of my pictures on facebook he never really asked permission to take them off there.. Since we were together I didn't mind if he had them on his computer or anything, but now because we're not anymore I really, really don't want him to have them. I can't do anything if they're on his computer, but I feel I should have a say if it's on the internet???

Now on the other hand I really don't want to contact him but maybe I'm using this as an excuse to do so.. but.. I dunno.. I mean.. they're my pictures.. and I don't want them there.. and.. Don't I have the right to tell him to take them down?? I mean I could have told him to do so like.. two weeks ago when I first got this thing but I was paying more attention to the lies in the content and the fact that he was talking to me more than the pictures..

LFMN, this was my first impression when I read your post. Can you try to just let it go and put your mind on something else and not think about the website?

Yes, I don't think it matters; it's not like he's a star and has hordes of people going to his web site. If he has to pay for the site, he'll get tired of it soon enough. Those that go there aren't necessarily going to know/care who you are or are going to know you and what you think/feel about the whole thing.

I would continue to ignore him, not let him know you care or he might use that against you (keep them up and work harder at advertising them). You can't really do anything about someone else's stuff online, even if they're pictures of you, especially if they're just regular pictures.

i dont really feel bad about it now, nor do i miss him or anything. i feel okay, but the pictures and my name kind of bother me. but i guess everyone is right and it's best to forget about it

He can use the site to give u tension if u tel him that u care. Forget abt that online stuff.
