Sorry you are feeling alone and scared. It won't always be this way and you will get to the point where you don't even think of the date or how long it has been.
Take care of yourself and give yourself what you need to feel ok and strong. We are here to support you through it and we will, so please don't feel alone.

I'm so sorry. I've been divorced myself for two and half years, and this time of year can be tough. I feel for you, and hope you feel better.
